Activate Local Leaders: Deep Permissions

Bevy is the industry thought leader in customer to customer marketing (C2C), community building, and IRL and in-person events. Bevy is the best way to build and scale your community in real life. But what sets Bevy aside from other platforms and products out there? Three things: Analytics, Deep Permissions, and the Community Hub.

Let's talk about Deep Permissions

Building, growing, and scaling an in person community can be a frustrating and expensive process, and too often community teams don't have access to the resources they need to give their community all it deserves. The community is growing, members want to meet in person to connect about the product, the brand, but to build an events program the community team has to either work harder, sleep less, or hire more people. Right? How can a small community team - or sole community manager - possibly lead a huge, growing, global in person community?

By empowering the most passionate advocates to host local events for the brand.

Let's face it. You can't do it on your own. And you don't have to! With Bevy’s 100-point permission system, community HQ teams can give their local organizers different levels of access to plan, host, and manage community events. Often referred to as the Snowflake Model, or a 1-9-90 Strategy, different permissions are granted at each level. For example, the local organizer, in charge of the chapter, oversees the chapter details, event planning, emails, and membership organization. They can enlist the help of a second in command who can help create events and send emails. Maybe those two still need help, so a volunteer can check people in at events. And, Bevy is GDPR compliant, so the community HQ team can empower local organizers to be self-sufficient without exposing the data that needs to remain secure: for example, the volunteer won't see member email addresses.

Instead of focusing on the nitty gritty details, trying to run events in far away cities, the community team can pass the torch to local organizers who love the local community, and who know the city. The community HQ team can focus on nurturing and strengthening the C2C community, and rest easy while it grows faster and more efficiently than ever.
